Construction is off to a great start on site. Our Marina Excavation is nearing completion ready for the next phase which will be using the canal material for a road base on Cooper Jack Road. With our Building Permits in hand, we have begun clearing the lots and starting foundation work on the Western Luxury Lots. The excitement is palpable as we watch the site take shape.
- We received approval of our Environmental Impact Assessment in December
- We have received approval of Detailed Design Permits and Building Permits for all Amenity Buildings and Residences
- We have received approval on all our Beach works and Marina. Including Beach creation, the pier, pocket beach groynes, and building the Marina slips
- Marina Excavation is nearly complete
- Road Work on Cooper Jack Road is to begin next week
- Site Clearing on our Luxury Lots has begun and we are beginning foundation work on our first Luxury Home
