The Villas
The retaining wall for Villa Building A is 50% complete. They have excavated the swimming pools. They have also begun construction on the Kitchen and Restaurant. Villa Building B is due to start construction on September 15th.
Luxury Residences
Luxury R3 is on schedule. Windows and Doors are installed, drywall is going in this week, final coat of render is being put on the walls. Luxury R2 pools are 75% complete. The first-floor slabs and blockwork is being installed. Luxury R7 main pool base and walls are poured. Mainhouse formwork is in place and being poured this week. Luxury R1 retaining wall is complete and they have prefabricated the main house columns.
The Strand Community
Phase 1 and 2 of paving Cooper Jack Road is complete. Paving of Sea View Close is complete. The Clubhouse retaining walls are going in, along with the Main Car Park retaining walls. All materials for beach works are on island and ready for installation.
