The Villas
The stairwell slabs for Villa Building A are all poured. The stairwells are ongoing with blockwork and columns going into place. We are preparing to form and pour the ground-floor slab. MEP works are ongoing.
The first stairwell slab for Villa Building B will be poured tomorrow. All pools are excavated. Working from East to West, we have poured two of the pool bases and continue to form the remaining pools.
Luxury Residences
We recently poured the garage slab for Luxury R2. The decking for the roof slab is currently being prepped.
R3’s painting is ongoing. Interior lighting is being installed. Micro-cement is being applied to the bathroom walls and the Italian Dolomite tile flooring is being installed in the bathrooms. External works are ongoing.
R7’s courtyard pool base is poured. They are currently working on the roof beams and will begin the decking for the roof slab this week. The slab for the family room/home office will be poured on Wednesday.
The Strand Community
We have finished paving Cooper Jack Road and Seaview Close. We have paved the entryway and starting construction on the gate house.
