The Villas
Stairwell installation in Building A continues. We are working our way West on slabs and blockwork. In Villa Building B, the pool structure is complete. Stairwell bases have been poured in units B4 to B8; blockwork and columns are ongoing.
Luxury Residences
In Luxury R1, the main roof, eyebrows, and roof slabs over balconies have been poured. The roof of the great room is two weeks away. The casita blockwork is on going. The roof slab will be poured within two weeks.
Luxury R3 floor tiling in the main house is on going. Floor tile in the casita and family room is 90 percent complete. Exterior stone cladding and Parex has begun. The heavy Ghulam beams have been craned into position, and prep work for pergolas is on going.
Luxury R2 roof slabs are completed for the main house and garage. Parapet walls and internal blockwork are ongoing. Preparation for works for render is at 50 percent. We are preparing all openings for the installation of windows and doors.
Luxury R7’s roof is complete. The casita slab is poured and the blockwork and columns are 80 percent up to the roof slab. The family room is at the same stage as the casita and the foundation for the garage is underway. The courtyard pool is 80 percent complete. Preparation work for render is ongoing.
The Strand Community
Construction on the Reception Building is moving quickly. The ground floor slab is poured and blockwork is going up to the second-floor slab. We are finalizing our lighting design for the entryway. Retaining walls for the Main Parking and Reception are complete. The Guard House foundations have been poured. The blockwork to the underside of the ground floor slab is complete and MEP’s have begun. Vertical walls are going up.
