The Villas
The precast stairs in Building A are installed up to the first landing. We are currently laying the ground floor slabs for units A5 to A3. The pool structures for Villa Building B will be completed by the end of the week. The stairwell bases for units B6 to B8 are poured as we continue working West. The stairwell blockwork and columns are ongoing.
Luxury Residences
R1’s second-floor slab is poured, and upstand beams will be poured this week. Blockwork is ongoing up to the roof level. The garage slab is poured. Blockwork up to second-level slab of the Casita is complete. R2’s decking for the roof slab and rebar are ongoing. The garage is up to the underside of the roof slab.
In Luxury R3, the bathroom floor tile has been installed, with only a few rooms left to grout. Micro-cementing of the bathroom walls is nearly complete; the Guest Casita is all that remains. Kohler plumbing fixtures and accessories are being installed. Most of the lights are installed, and they are finishing installation of the last few smart switches. The interior has paint is nearly finished; the final coat will be done closer to construction completion. They are preparing to install solar panels.
The slabs for Luxury R7’s main house are poured. The Family room slab is poured, and blockwork is going up to roof level. The walls in the spa/courtyard pool will be poured this week.
The Strand Community
Construction on the Reception Building has begun. The Guard House is also under construction and MEP’s have begun.
