The Villas
The pools in Villa Building A have been poured. We are backfilling up to the underside of the ground-bearing slabs. The stairwell slabs are being poured. Four of the eight pools in Villa Building B have been excavated as we work from East to West. Work will begin shortly on framing and pouring the pools. The stairwell slabs will follow.
Luxury Residences
The second-level slab for R2 is poured, and blockwork is ongoing. The upstand beams are being formed. At Residence R3, the application of mud to the interior walls is almost complete. The courtyard wall is being constructed, and external works continue. Preparation for the micro cement in the bathroom is ongoing, along with preparation of the bathroom floors for tiling. R7’s decking for the second-level slab is complete, and rebar is being placed.
The Strand Community
We have finished the retaining walls for the car park and the Clubhouse entryway. We will begin paving the entrance to The Strand in a few days and then will complete the paving of Cooper Jack Road.
