The Villas
Villa Building A retaining walls are complete. The Villa pools are all poured, and we are beginning to pour the stairwell slabs working from East to West. Ground floor slab pour will follow quickly after.
Villa Building B construction started on Monday the 17th. They have excavated four of the eight pools. With a mixture of two or three bedrooms and our classic or upgraded floor plan, these Villas have something for everyone.
Luxury Residences
The Western edge of The Strand property is starting to look very different. Luxury R1’s main pool and ground floor slab is complete, and blockwork is going vertical.
Luxury R2’s second floor slab is complete and vertical block work is going up.
Luxury R7 is not far behind. Its ground floor slab has been poured, vertical walls finished and decking for the second floor slab is being placed.
Luxury R3’s roof has been waterproofed and interior ceilings are complete. The property’s windows and doors are installed and interior walls are almost complete. R3 is on schedule for completion in Summer 2023!
The Strand Community
Excavation is complete for The Strand’s Kitchen. The first of its kind in Provo, our kitchen will have a living green roof, camouflaging it with the native vegetation above. But we didn’t stop there. … The dining experience at The Strand will be unlike anything else in TCI. Enjoy the view from your table on the Ironshore edge overlooking a sugar sand beach and the Caicos Banks beyond.
The Strand Clubhouse has been excavated. Retaining walls for entry and main parking are complete. Beginning of November, we will finish paving the Entrance to The Strand, connecting it to Seaview Close and just past our Storage Building area. Following this, we will pave the final section of Cooper Jack Road.
