The Villas
Villa Building A retaining walls are forming. We have excavated the pools and will be prepping to pour the ground floor in the next week or so. At the same time, we are building out The Strand Kitchen and Restaurant area. Villa Building B is scheduled to start in a couple weeks.
Luxury Residences
Our Luxury Residences are changing the landscape of Cooper Jack Bay. Luxury R3 has all windows and doors installed as well as all plumbing and electrical above the ceilings. Luxury R2 ground floor slab is poured and the walls are forming. Luxury R7 main pool base and walls are poured. The main house ground floor slab will be poured this week. Luxury R1 has its retaining wall in place and they are beginning to prefabricate the main house columns.
The Strand Community
The retaining walls for the main parking area along Cooper Jack Road are up. The retaining walls around the Clubhouse entry are being formed. While on site, you will also notice that our nursery is set and ready for the trees which John hand selected for The Strand.
