LUXURY RESIDENCES
Excitement is in the air as you enter our site on the freshly paved roads. Everywhere you look there is construction. Luxury Residence R3 has its roof with all interior and exterior walls rendered. We have the staircase in place and will be installing windows and doors this week. Luxury R2 has the main pool and substructure being poured and our Luxury R7 and R1 homes are quickly behind it.
VILLAS
On July 20th, Villa Building A will begin construction with only A1 available for sale. At the same time we will begin construction on our Kitchen and Restaurant area. Villa Building B will begin construction in late August with our new floorplans available.
THE STRAND COMMUNITY
Cooper Jack Road and Seaview Close are paved. The Clubhouse is beginning to take shape and our beach groyne material is expected to be delivered in two weeks. We have 1200 tons of boulders being delivered from the Dominican Republic this week for our pier and will be pumping 75,000 cubic yards of sand for what will soon be our beach. We are finalizing the Marina design and will begin construction on our Main Entry right away.
