Things are happening at The Strand!
With 29 of our 41 residences under construction, we’re thrilled to share we will deliver our first home to its new owners later this month. The beachworks are going full blast, while the marina, reception area, fitness center, restaurant, pool and beach club are all under construction. The Strand will be fully operational in the Fall/Winter of 2024.
