Luxury Residences under construction at The Strand

Luxury Residences

We’re thrilled with the progress we’ve made the last few months at The Strand site in Cooper Jack—from pouring roof slabs to tiling and installing doors and windows, our Luxury Residences are looking more and more like home every day.

Luxury R1’s main roof is poured, along with the eyebrows and roof slabs over the balconies. The high-level roof over the great room is two weeks away, while the 5th bedroom blockwork is already up to the roof slab. We anticipate the 5th bedroom roof slab will be poured within two weeks.

As for Luxury R2, roof slabs are complete in the main house and the garage, while parapet walls and internal blockwork is still ongoing. Preparation for works for render is at 50%, and we’re excited to be installing doors and windows soon.

Over at Luxury R3, floor tiling in the main house, casita, and flex room is nearly complete, while exterior Dominican coral stone cladding and Parex have started. We have also craned the heavy Ghulam beams into position and are preparing to install the pergolas over the exterior terraces.

Finally, Luxury R7’s roof is complete. The Casita and Flex room slabs are poured and the blockwork and columns up to the roof slab is at 80%. The garage foundation is under progress, and the courtyard pool is 80% complete.

The Villas

We’re pleased to share that construction is going vertical over at The Villas! Villa A’s ground floor slabs are in place as we’re forming vertical walls up to the second floor. Meanwhile, Villa B is close behind with its stairwells going vertical and plans are underway to start the ground floor slabs.

The Strand Community

We’re making great progress on the Clubhouse and entryway/guard house, with blockwork at the Clubhouse going up so we can begin forming the second floor slab. We expect the entryway/guard house to be finished in two months.

Meanwhile, we hope to launch the sales of Building C with a high demand on our upgraded three-bedroom floor plans. We’ve seen an increase in reservations the last two weeks, so we’re excited and optimistic about the upcoming sales season.
