Developer John Fair said his latest project, The Strand, is being developed to compete with the finest ultra luxury residential resorts in North America. Speaking during the ground-breaking ceremony for the project on Friday, March 25th, 2022, Fair said: “I am humbled by the attendance of so many distinguished guests, friends and team partners. Nineteen years ago I had my first ground breaking ceremony in Turks and Caicos Islands and we started building villas at Grace Bay Club and that occasion turned into an unprecedented success that still flourishes today and is an iconic resort on Grace Bay beach. Today, we’re here to celebrate the beginning of The Strand, where we endeavor to create another iconic resort that will be beautiful that day that it is completed and even more beautiful 50 years from now.
