A Living Ecosystem
Certified Pollinator Sanctuary
In partnership with Butterfly Pavilion, the only nonprofit stand-alone invertebrate zoo accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA), based in Denver, The Strand has been recognized as a certified pollinator sanctuary for its support to native plants, bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, dragonflies and other essential pollinators native to the Turks and Caicos ecosystem.
