What are the advantages of the Cooper Jack Bay locale?

Cooper Jack Bay is the best of both worlds – an exclusive, hidden retreat with convenient access to everything you need nearby. The area is a protected, intimate, and undeveloped bay right in the middle of the island with an average 25 feet above high tide, offering up incredible views of the Caicos Banks. It is a private and secure site with only one way in or out. However, the airport and Grace Bay are both only 10 minutes away, and it is seven minutes from the hospital and largest grocery store.

What are the price points for the Villas?

Two-bedroom Villas start at $2.49MM, and three-bedrooms start at $3.1MM.

Are there any customization options available?

There is an optional plan for a more spacious ground floor that is tailored to families, as well as an option for a larger pool, kitchen island with subzero refrigerator drawers and wine fridge, covered outdoor TV lounge and dining for six.

Another plan offers a third floor that is the same as the second floor but with a smaller – still large – terrace.

Owners can also opt for a solar package with a Tesla Powerwall.

Where are the Villas situated within the community?

All Villas are located in the heart of the resort, just steps from the beachfront. They are near amenities like the Beach Club, resort pool, dining, and fitness center. The marina and tennis and pickleball courts are a short walk away.

Besides the number of bedrooms, are there any other notable differences between the two- and three-bedroom Villas?

The biggest difference is in square footage. The two-bedroom Villas have a total constructed area of 3,596 sq ft with an interior of 1,546 sq ft, covered exterior of 1,194 sq ft, and 856 sq ft of open terraces and pool. The three-bedroom option has a total constructed area of 3,991 sq ft with an interior of 2,021 sq ft, covered exterior of 1,412 sq ft, and 558 sq ft of open terraces and pool.

How private are the Villas?

These units are designed with privacy in mind. Elegant stone walls provide privacy on each side, and all walkways are at least six feet below the ground floor. In addition, lock off suites function as separate and very private suites for rental.

Can friends and family visit without an owner?
