Deposit: Bookings are guaranteed upon reception of 50% of your entire stay and subject to our cancelation policy. Please note that the credit card used to make the booking and pay any deposits must be presented at the time of check-in with proof of ID both photographic and signature.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within the 30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equal to 50% of your total stay.

My husband and I experienced the most exceptional 5 night stay at The Strand - everything from the facilities, to the amenities, to the service were thoughtful and intentional. The accomodations, both private (the villa suite) and public areas were shiny and new, immaculately clean. DelMar restaurant offers Caribbean fine dining with a taste of Italian and Asian influence. The view of the sunlight dimming into the night sky was like watching a time lapse video, with the sound of the waves serenading as a soundtrack. To top it all off, Rose, Justine, Ghans, Sarah, The Strand concierge team, and the bar staff were nothing short of perfect, anticipating every need with sincerity and familiar hospitality. This hotel is a private haven for those seeking respite and tranquility. Say yes to booking your Turks and Caicos vacation here, over and over again!!

5 Stars – A Stay We’ll Never Forget
From the moment we arrived at The Strand, we were greeted with cold towels, refreshing drinks, and the warmest smiles from the entire staff who all came to welcome us it truly set the tone for the most incredible stay. We were celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary, and Desiráe went above and beyond to make it special. Not only did she ensure we got the exact room we requested, but we were also surprised with a heartfelt note and a beautiful photo keepsake to commemorate our anniversary.
The view from every room is breathtaking. Whether it’s the serene beach, the crystal-clear water, or the dreamy infinity pool, this resort is pure paradise. The beach cabanas and chairs are always prepped and waiting, giving it that peaceful, private feel that’s hard to find.
From booking excursions to simply checking in on how we were doing, the staff showed a level of care and hospitality I’ve never experienced elsewhere. Their love and attention made our stay unforgettable.
To Desiráe and the entire team thank you a million times over. You made our anniversary feel magical, and we cannot wait to come back.

BEYOND AMAZING! We could not have asked or dreamt of a better stay, service , staff, love and attention. From the moment we stepped into the property, through the stay and until the very end no details were left behind.

From the moment we arrived at The Strand, we were totally blown away. The team - Justin, Ghans, Desirae, Chantal, Rose, Jean, Natasha, Richardson, Patrick, Ethan, Rae and many others - were nothing short of professional, kind and hospitable.
The property itself is pure 5-star luxury with absolutely breathtaking views. Our villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with exceptional design and layout that was masterfully executed.
From the moment we checked in, every interaction felt genuine and personalized. The staff didn't just do their jobs; they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their attention to detail was truly evident throughout our stay. It was my wife's birthday during our visit, and remarkably, every single staff member we encountered knew this and wished her happy birthday.

The hospitality shown towards my husband and I during our stay at the villa was top notch. A special thanks to Justine, who met and greeted us as soon as we arrived. He was accompanied by the friendliest staff. Thanks to Ghans, she helped me set up the WhatsApp which allowed me to stay in contact with all of the staff. Others who made our stay extra pleasant were Rose, Natasha, Desirae, Chantal, Rose, Richardson, Patrick, Ethan, and Jean. I've been to island destinations, and of course, an ocean view is always breathtaking. Imagine having a sincere and attentive staff that treats you like royalty. That's the best way to describe this vacation.

My Wife and I were forced to pivot last minute to Turks & Caicos for our 10 year anniversary trip and We were so glad that We did! From the time we arrived at The Strand to the time We rode off to the airport the concierge staff and services made us feel like royalty. The amenities all over the resort were amazing and clean, including our accommodations in the 1BR King 3rd FL OceanView Suite, along with the gym and beautiful infinity pool.
We were added to a special Whats App group, every Morning and Evening was met with warm greetings. To our surprise every question/request asked from Us were answered swiftly and several local suggestions for restaurants, excursions and entertainment were provided. The food at Del Mar was very good/fresh and met with great service and atmosphere as well.
Due to upcoming resort additions there was some construction going on our last day at the resort. To accommodate Us Concierge Team offered a complimentary Beach dinner the 1st night of our stay to commemorate our anniversary celebration. Such a kind gesture.
Special thank you to our Lead Coincerge contact Rose, along with Justine, Chantal, Desiree, Patrick, Housekeeping and the rest of the wonderful staff at The Strand. You guys made it such a memorable experience and stay 😊🫶🏾 We’ll be back soon!
