Chiara is a Project Manager & Quantity Surveyor based in the Turks and Caicos Islands. She has 12 years post graduate experience of providing professional quantity surveying, project management and development services to general contractors and private sector clients. Chiara has diverse construction industry experience gained in the Caribbean, particularly Barbados, The OECS, British Virgin Islands and Turks & Caicos.
Chiara has a wide range of construction experience, specifically within the pre- and post-contract budgets of clients and contractors, contractual responsibilities, project management and quality assurance. She specializes in remote locations, client reporting, contract administration and Employer’s representative roles. Chiara has varied experiences in Commercial, Boutique Hotels and Resorts, luxury residences and specialized buildings.
