As Hospitality Manager, Jenny is responsible for all guest-focused areas at The Strand. From reservations, front office to concierge; Jenny will ensure every Club member’s property is immaculately prepared, for owner and guest alike, and that all guests are perfectly taken care of whilst staying at The Strand.
With over 20 years of extensive experience in luxury (private) island hospitality, Jenny completes the husband-and-wife-team alongside Frits (General Manager). Jenny is an expert in the ‘front of the house’ departments, streamlining hospitality services and training.
Being detail driven, combined with an energetic approach in creating tailor-made experiences, all visitors will have a wonderful vacation. Organizing her guests’ journey meticulously, from booking to goodbye, is her biggest bliss.
Jenny has led multiple large villa-estates within the Caribbean and Indian Ocean Islands and is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to UHNWI guests and private owners.
