Happy Holidays from The Strand Team!
It’s been an incredible year for The Strand, and we’re thankful to all who played a part in bringing our vision to life this year. We’re ending 2023 with a bang: we set an impressive record in sales, surpassing the $100 million mark!
We’re so proud to have delivered three homes this year, all of which are occupied for Christmas and the New Year. And we won’t be slowing down in 2024: A fourth home will be delivered in January, with the beach set to be complete by February.
Meanwhile, the A building is set to be complete by June, while the B building is slated for completion in October. The first half of the marina will be finished by spring 2024, with the reception building, fitness center and boutique following just behind it in the summer.
We’re pleased to share that our floating docks have also been constructed and will be shipped in January. Finally, the tennis and pickleball courts have been graded, and we’re awaiting the building permit. Suffice to say, it’s been a busy year and 2024 is looking equally as bright.

- More than 200 people work every day to bring The Strand to life.
- Our restaurant will accommodate 100 diners under cover and more than 150 people total in a dramatic beachfront setting.
- Our first three solar home installations are operating and performing exactly as advertised. We’ve increased the solar program for the Club and common areas/amenities, benefitting the club members with lower energy costs.
- Our first four homes completed are Luxury Residences. The final product is not only remarkably close to the renderings—it’s even better. We plan to submit photography for several international awards for “Best Luxury Villa” in prestigious publications in 2024 and 2025.
- The Strand has the best saltwater swimming pool in Turks and Caicos: Cooper Jack Bay. This picturesque protected bay is crystal clear with a sandy bottom and an ideal depth of 5 feet. It’s also perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking.
With 2023 winding down, we’re ready to hit the ground running in 2024 as we work toward our resort opening in November. Thank you all for your support this year—we can’t wait to see everything the new year brings at The Strand. Onward and upward!
