The Strand has made incredible construction progress.
Recent Highlights:
- The construction site is humming with 200 workers diligently bringing our vision to life.
- The Villas A & B buildings are six weeks ahead of schedule.
- We are anticipating our soft open in November 2024 with 17 stunning units, a vibrant beach club, restaurant and bar, reception and clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, and the first phase of the marina all ready to impress.
Home Sweet Home:
- Four beautiful homes have already been completed and handed over to their lucky owners.
