It is a productive time at The Strand as construction progress continues.
Here is the latest…
Villas Building A: The structure, insulation, stud walls, mechanical, electrical and internal render are all complete. External render is ongoing on eastern units. Windows and door installation is ongoing. Floor tiling and micro cementing bathrooms is in progress. Drywall is nearing completion on all units.
Villas Building B: The building is taking shape. The structure is complete. Installation of stud walls, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical are underway.
Villas Building C: The poolside paradise coming soon. Pool structures are finished. The blockwork for steps and sundeck are ongoing. Ground floor slabs have been poured for units 9-5. All blockwork is moving forward.
Luxury R1: Scheduled for completion in December 2023.
Luxury R2: An owner-approved masterpiece. Final touches are being added to this stunning new home.
Luxury R3: Construction is complete. Just a few last fixtures and artworks to be installed within the next couple of weeks.
Luxury R6: Foundations are poured and block work is complete. Plumbing is in andthe ground floor slab has been poured.
Luxury R7: Scheduled for completion in late November 2023.
Luxury R8: The Family Casita is being converted into an additional bedroom. Excavation is complete and formwork is underway.
Resort/Amenities
– Reception building: Coming February 2024.
– Beach works: Main jetty and pocket beach groynes complete. Aiming for December 2023 completion.
– Spa: Schematic design complete. Diving into design development.
– Marina: Phase 2 excavation is complete. Phase 1 dock and slips ordered and construction is underway.
– Restaurant: The kitchen is about to fire up. Dining areas and bar to start soon.
– Main Pool: Taking shape with excavation complete and formwork started.
– Tennis and Pickleball Courts: Cleared and ready for permitting.
– Storage Building: Construction is kicking off December 2023.
